#### 🎓 **Minimum Requirements**
* A **Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma** (NQF 6) in **Information Systems, Internal Auditing, Computer Science, or related ICT field**.
* **Preferred Certifications:** CISA, CIA, or CISM.
* **Experience:** 7 years in ICT or Internal Audit (3 years in a supervisory role).
* Sound knowledge of **PFMA**, **Treasury Regulations**, **Public Service Act**, and **ICT Governance Frameworks**.
* Strong leadership, audit planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Must be **willing to travel** and hold a **valid driver’s licence**.

* Develop and implement **ICT Audit Plans** aligned with departmental risk strategy.
* Conduct audits on **IT Security, Applications, Infrastructure Support**, and **Data Integrity**.
* Evaluate controls related to **cybersecurity, access management, and disaster recovery**.
* Prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations and findings.
* Ensure compliance with **IIA standards** and **legislative frameworks**.
* Lead and mentor audit teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
