### 🎓 **Minimum Requirements:**
✅ A relevant **NQF Level 6 qualification** in **Transport Management** or related field.
✅ **Five years’ experience** in transport and travel management within the public service (with at least 3 years at Assistant Director level).
✅ Strong knowledge of **PFMA**, **Treasury Regulations**, **SCM prescripts**, and **Public Service Act**.
✅ Excellent **leadership, negotiation, and communication** skills.
✅ Must have a **valid driver’s licence**.
### 🧭 **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage departmental fleet and travel operations.
* Draft and implement fleet management procedures.
* Analyse travel expenditure and ensure compliance.
* Oversee service provider performance and reporting.
* Investigate vehicle losses, damages, and fuel misuse.
