### 🔧 Role Purpose
You’ll be responsible for implementing the **LTP power generators service & strategy** across multiple client sites while ensuring SLA delivery.
### ✅ Key Responsibilities
* Optimize daily generator utilization and manage field teams.
* Handle deployments, swops, and off-hire processes.
* Conduct audits, manage power alarms, and ensure HSE compliance.
* Lead, coach, and mentor your generator team to peak performance.
* Control costs, minimize overtime, and manage resources effectively.
### 🎓 Minimum Requirements
* N6 in **Mechanical Engineering** + **Diesel Mechanic Trade-Test**
* Grade 12 + Valid Driver’s License
* 5 years’ generator deployment experience (2 years leadership)
* Strong technical knowledge in generator deployment
* Solid MS Office skills & OHS/ISO 9001 knowledge
