This is a **permanent opportunity** where you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of facilities services and ensuring top-quality plumbing maintenance.
### 🔧 What You’ll Do:
* Perform **planned, preventative, and emergency plumbing maintenance**
* Handle **reactive tasks** such as leakages, blocked drains, and minor building works
* Ensure compliance with **OHS Act and ISO 9001 standards**
* Report risks, provide feedback to supervisors, and maintain **client service excellence**
### 📌 Minimum Requirements:
* **N3 – N6 in Plumbing** (Technical Matric an advantage)
* **Grade 12** essential
* **Valid SA Driver’s License**
* At least **3 years trade experience** in plumbing equipment maintenance & digital systems
* Strong knowledge of **OHS Act** & **ISO 9001**
* Computer literacy (**MS Word, Excel & Outlook**)
