As a **Scheduling Agent**, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:

* Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face.

* Scheduling and coordinating fitments within prescribed timeframes.

* Collaborating with technical teams in South Africa, India, and Jamaica.

* Training customers on system features and assisting with setup.

* Managing incoming calls, emails, and resolving customer issues efficiently.
