### 📝 Role Purpose:


The Fleet Specialist will support all aspects of the company fleet – owned, leased, or rented – to maximize efficiency, boost productivity, and improve safety for vehicles and drivers.


This is a **mid-senior permanent role** where you’ll work closely with executives and management to ensure operational excellence.


### 🔑 Key Responsibilities:


* **Financial Management** – Manage insurance processes, invoicing, and cost controls.

* **Asset Management** – Maintain accurate fleet data and reporting platforms.

* **Customer & Stakeholder Management** – Ensure positive client relations and support executives in achieving CSI results.

* **Operations** – Oversee licensing, vehicle tracking, inspections, and fuel management.

* **Quality & Compliance** – Maintain vehicle standards in line with SLA, safety, and regulatory requirements.


### 🎓 Minimum Requirements:


* Grade 12 (Matric)

* Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Fleet, or Supply Chain Management

* 3–5 years’ experience in fleet management environment

* Valid Code B Driver’s License

* Strong knowledge of SA road traffic regulations

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & SAP advantageous)

* Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
