## 🎯 Minimum Requirements
* National Diploma/Degree in **Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**.
* **Matric (Senior Certificate)**.
* Valid **SA Driver’s License**.
* Minimum **3 years’ experience** in facilities maintenance, CRM & property management.
* Knowledge of **OHS Act, ISO 9001, Risk Management Systems**.
* Proficiency in **MS Office, MS Project, SAP**.
