## 🔧 Role Overview

As a Building Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for implementing effective maintenance systems, ensuring SLA delivery, and leading technical teams to keep client facilities in top condition.

## ✅ Key Responsibilities

* Identify and manage maintenance risks on client properties.

* Execute planned, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance strategies.

* Monitor and evaluate technical staff performance.

* Manage budgets, resources, and shift rosters.

* Train, coach, and mentor Electricians, HVAC Technicians, and Handyman Infrastructure teams.

## 🎯 Minimum Requirements

* National Diploma/Degree in **Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering**.

* **Matric (Senior Certificate)**.

* Valid **SA Driver’s License**.

* Minimum **3 years’ experience** in facilities maintenance, CRM & property management.

* Knowledge of **OHS Act, ISO 9001, Risk Management Systems**.

* Proficiency in **MS Office, MS Project, SAP**.
