### ✅ Minimum Requirements
* Grade 12 (Matric) + N6 Diploma in Engineering.
* 5+ years’ experience in **Electrical/Mechanical Engineering**.
* 3+ years’ experience in **Facilities Management**.
* Strong knowledge of maintenance engineering, OHS Act, and asset management.
* Advanced skills in **Microsoft Office** and **SAP**.
* Leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
