### 🔑 Role Purpose
The Junior Portfolio Manager will **implement and manage an integrated Facilities Management solution** for clients, ensuring delivery according to SLA standards.
### 📝 Key Responsibilities
* Drive integrated Facilities Management (FM) services and strategy.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality & Risk Management systems.
* Conduct daily audits and sustain high service standards.
* Manage supplier and contractor SLA performance.
* Oversee FM projects and provide technical support.
* Monitor budgets, invoices, and financial compliance.
* Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Train, coach, and mentor subordinate employees.
### 🎓 Minimum Requirements
* **National Diploma/Degree** in Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or related.
* **Matric (Senior Certificate)**.
* **Valid SA Driver’s License**.
* At least **5 years’ relevant experience** in FM, CRM, Property & Financial Management.
* Proficiency in **MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Outlook** (Intermediate level).
* Knowledge of **SAP, OHS Act, ISO 9001, Risk Management, Property & Contractual Law**.
