An exciting **Maintenance Supervisor** position has just opened up at **Bidvest Facilities Management** in **Sandton, Gauteng**.
This is a **permanent opportunity** where you’ll play a key role in implementing effective maintenance systems, managing resources, and ensuring SLA delivery.
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and resolve maintenance risks on client property and equipment.
* Drive **planned, preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance** strategies.
* Manage budgets, resources, and technical staff performance.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with SLA standards.
* Train, coach, and mentor Electricians, HVAC Technicians, and Handymen.
### ✅ Minimum Requirements:
* National Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
* Trade Test & Matric.
* Wireman’s License + Valid SA Driver’s License.
* 3+ years’ experience in facilities maintenance, CRM & property management.
* Strong knowledge of **SAP, OHS Act, ISO 9001 & Risk Management Systems**.
