## 🔧 Role Purpose

As a Building Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth maintenance systems within client facilities. From **planned and preventative maintenance** to **emergency repairs**, your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and service delivery.

## ✅ Key Responsibilities

* Identify and resolve maintenance risks on client property & equipment.

* Execute **planned, preventative, corrective & emergency maintenance**.

* Manage 3rd party contractors effectively.

* Plan and execute **minor projects**.

* Ensure proper stock control and resource utilization.

## 🎓 Requirements

* Matric (Senior Certificate).

* Valid SA Driver’s License.

* 3–5 years relevant experience in **building maintenance/contractor management**.

* Strong administrative, planning & organizational skills.

* Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, SAP).

* Knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 & Risk Management Systems.
