### 🌟 Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for **implementing effective maintenance systems** across client facilities, ensuring SLA delivery, and driving continuous improvement.
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Oversee planned, preventative, corrective & emergency maintenance.
* Implement **HSE, Quality & Risk Management systems**.
* Ensure resource optimization and timely spare parts delivery.
* Monitor technical staff performance and provide coaching.
* Manage supplier contracts and ensure SLA compliance.
* Deliver cost-effective, innovative maintenance solutions.
### 🎯 Minimum Requirements
* National Diploma / Degree / BTech in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* 5+ years’ experience in **maintenance engineering, CRM & property management**.
* Strong knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 & Risk Management Systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office & SAP.
* Valid SA Driver’s License.
