### 🎯 Purpose of the Role:

To **oversee production operations** at a tactical level while delivering on strategy, performance, and safety objectives.

### ✅ Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

* Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) + **Mine Overseer Certificate** – *Essential*

* **Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines** – *Essential*

* 5+ years as **Production Shift Supervisor** – *Essential*

* **Competent B Skills Programme** – *Essential*

* Previous Mine Overseer experience – *Advantageous*

* Proficient in **MS Office tools**

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Must be medically fit or have a valid medical certificate

* Plan & execute **short- and long-term mining strategies**

* Manage financial budgets and control costs

* Lead teams to ensure compliance with legislation

* Implement and enforce operational policies

* Motivate and evaluate team performance
