### 📌 Job Requirements

* 3-year post-matric qualification in **Human Resources Management**, **Accounting**, or relevant equivalent.

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on **Sage 300 People** payroll system.

* Strong **Microsoft Excel** skills.

* Knowledge of **BCEA** and Human Capital Management regulations.

**Extra Advantage:**

* 2+ years’ Payroll Administration experience.

* Excellent organisational & communication skills.

* Accurate data capturing abilities.
