### ✅ Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage daily sales call center operations.

* Drive and achieve sales targets.

* Motivate, mentor, and coach call center agents.

* Implement smart **sales strategies** and lead generation campaigns.

* Train representatives to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

* Generate and present **sales performance reports** with KPIs.

### 🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Skills

* Grade 12 (Matric) – post-matric qualification is an advantage.

* 3+ years’ **call center (outbound)** experience.

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* CRM and sales software proficiency.

* Funeral industry knowledge (advantageous).

* Valid driver’s license.
