### 🔎 About the Role
As a **Specialist Data Analyst**, you’ll play a key role in:
* Managing and analysing complex data sets.
* Designing advanced data models and dashboards.
* Driving insights for decision-making using **AI-driven analytics, predictive modelling, SQL, Python, R, and Power BI/Tableau**.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
### 🎓 Minimum Requirements
* Relevant Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (Informatics, Computer Science, Statistics, IT) + **8–10 years’ experience** in Data Engineering / Business Intelligence / Data Science.
* OR Senior Certificate + **15 years’ relevant experience**.
* Strong skills in **SQL, Python/R, data warehousing, and statistical analysis**.
* Experience with **AI, ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch** will be an added advantage.
