## 💼 Position Overview – REF: REC/04/25

Join a dynamic, fast-growing environment where government meets strategy. As **Senior Manager: Office of the CEO**, you’ll lead on organizational strategy, risk management, stakeholder communication, and corporate governance.

**Minimum Requirements:**

🎓 A Degree in Business Management / Business Administration

🎓 Master's in Business Leadership/Administration (Advantage)

🧠 6 years’ relevant experience (3 in senior management)

## ✅ Key Responsibilities:

* Drive **organizational strategy** and performance execution

* Oversee internal & external audit action plans

* Manage stakeholder **communication and lobbying**

* Deliver on risk, compliance, project governance, and planning

* Support the ELIDZ Social & Ethics Work Plan (aligned to King IV)

## 🧠 Must-Have Competencies:

* Knowledge of **PFMA**, risk management, procurement

* Strong understanding of **parastatal** & government environments

* Strategic thinking, performance evaluation, and policy development

* Project management tools and methodologies
