Are you a skilled Credit Controller with at least 5 years of experience in the **property or rental industry**? Do you know your way around **debt recovery**, **tenant accounts**, and legislation like the **CPA**, **POPIA**, and **Rental Housing Act**?

Twin City Development (Pty) Ltd is hiring! Step into a key role managing the full **credit control function**—from tenant collections to lease compliance and legal coordination.

**What You’ll Need:**

* Matric (minimum), plus a tertiary qualification in Finance or Credit Management (advantageous)

* 5+ years of experience in a similar credit control role

* Familiarity with property laws and systems

* Solid communication, Excel, and reconciliation skills

This is an **office-based** role with occasional external engagements. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure smooth rental income flow.
