### 📡 *Position 1: Telecom Rigger*

**Duties Include:**

* Install, maintain & repair telecom infrastructure (towers, poles, antennas)

* Handle cable and fibre optic setups

* Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting

* Climb towers with full safety compliance

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Matric/Form 5/Grade 12

* Fall Arrest Certificate (IWH accredited)

* Rope Rigging Certificate

### 🏗 *Position 2: Site Supervisor*

**Duties Include:**

* Supervise installations and maintenance at telecom sites

* Coordinate technical teams and vendors

* Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance

* Liaise with engineering teams and submit performance reports

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Technical Diploma/Degree in Telecoms, Electronics, or similar

* Experience in site management and technical oversight

* Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills

* Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
