🟢 Pikitup Johannesburg is hiring a Chief Operations Officer (COO) to join their executive team at the Head Office in Braamfontein. This permanent role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers the chance to lead strategic operations across the full waste management value chain—from collection to disposal.

What You’ll Need:
✅ Honours degree (Engineering, Business, Waste or General Management)
✅ 10+ years of relevant experience (5+ at senior management level)
✅ Deep understanding of city operations, compliance & risk
✅ MFMA/SMS Certificates or willingness to obtain within 18 months
✅ Master’s degree is a plus!

💼 Key Focus Areas:

• Strategic planning, reporting & performance alignment

• End-to-end waste operations & logistics

• Contract, risk & compliance management

• People leadership & continuous improvement
