Are you an experienced security professional looking to grow your career in the **construction industry**? Leloba Bright is currently hiring a **Grade B Security Supervisor** to join their team in **Benoni**.


**Position:** Security Supervisor

**Location:** Benoni

**Industry:** Construction

**Remuneration:** PSIRA-related salary

**Closing Date:** Monday, 30 June 2025 at 17:00


**Key Responsibilities:**


* Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of Security Officers

* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

* Submit incident and security reports to management

* Collaborate with HR, IT, and Legal to implement safety policies

* Ensure all team members follow compliance procedures


**Requirements:**


* Grade 12 certificate

* PSIRA Grade B certification

* Minimum 3 years of security experience (construction industry preferred)

* No criminal record

* Valid SAPS-issued firearm competency

* Valid driver’s license
