To deliver a professional and friendly **reception service** for CCMA visitors and ensure calls are directed to the right departments promptly.

### ✅ Key Duties:

* Reception and switchboard management

* General office administration

* Managing internal and external communication professionally

### 📌 Requirements:

* Grade 12 (Matric)

* 2–3 years of experience in a **receptionist or switchboard role** within a corporate or professional setting
