Are you a Previously Disadvantaged Non-Principal Property Practitioner (NPPP) ready to grow your property career? The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) is offering an exciting opportunity through its Principalisation Programme 2025 (Ref: PRINC/01/2025).

A total of **27 candidates** will be selected and enrolled for the **Professional Designation Examination (PDE) Level 5**, with a **monthly stipend of R5 000** offered over a **12-month contract**.

**Who Can Apply?**

To qualify, applicants must have:

* Grade 12 certificate

* NQF Level 4 and 5

* PDE Level 4 competency

* Current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)

* Letter confirming employment

* Letter of competency for Logbook/Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)

* Education exemption letter from PPRA

* Current FFC

* Copies of qualifications

* Motivation letter
