### 🔧 About the Role

As a Site Manager at PDPS, you’ll be responsible for planning, directing, and executing maintenance project tasks while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll also manage complex schedules and report directly to senior management.

### ✅ Minimum Requirements

* **Grade 10**

* **10 years of experience** in the welding or mechanical industry (preferably in petrochemical industries)

* **SAIW International Welding Specialist or Inspector Level I**

### 🧠 Key Skills

* Strong understanding of **manufacturing and construction processes**

* Ability to **monitor quality**, compliance, and project timelines

* Experience in **technical proposal development** and risk communication

* Commitment to **safe project execution** and compliance with safety procedures
