### 🛡️ **About the Role**

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the branch's operations, managing security teams, and ensuring top-quality service delivery to clients. You will report directly to the Regional General Manager and play a key role in maintaining client relationships and operational excellence.

### ✅ **Minimum Requirements**

* Matric certificate and **PSIRA Grade A registration**

* **5+ years' experience** in the security industry

* Strong people management and leadership skills

* Knowledge of **ISO 9001:2008** Quality Management

* Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills

* Computer literacy (MS Office)

* **Own reliable transport** and a **valid driver’s license**

* Reside near Roodepoort or willing to relocate

* Daily operational reporting and issue resolution

* Build strong client relationships
