## ✅ **Minimum Requirements**

To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:

* Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

* **Valid ADT Operating Licence** (specifically for **VOLVO A40G & A60H**)

* **Code 10 Driver’s Licence**

* Medically Fit

* No Criminal Record

* Pass the **Dover Test**

* Willing to work **shifts, weekends, and public holidays**

* Good communication skills

* Solid understanding of open-cast mining and operating earth-moving equipment

* Strong safety awareness
