✔️ Receive and process invoices with required authorizations

✔️ Capture data accurately on SAP before deadlines

✔️ Reconcile accounts (monthly and weekly for fuel creditors)

✔️ Handle VAT processing and monthly accruals

✔️ Liaise with suppliers and resolve queries

✔️ File and manage creditor documentation

### 🎯 Skills & Qualifications

✅ **Minimum**: Matric + recognized creditors qualification

✅ **Experience**: 3+ years in a similar role

✅ **Tools**: Strong knowledge of SAP, MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
