Lead Labour Force, working under Lead Engineering and Projects (Pty) Ltd – a subcontractor to Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy – is hiring for their **Zondereinde 80 MW Solar PV Plant Project** at **Northam Platinum Mine**.

### 🔧 Job Summary

As the **Mechanical Quality Controller**, your main role will be to:

* Oversee installation quality on-site during the EPC phase.

* Ensure all diesel-powered equipment (generators, machinery, vehicles) is maintained to spec.

* Conduct inspections and complete Q.C. packs per client/project standards.

* Maintain compliance with quality requirements and safety regulations.

### ✅ Requirements:

* **Trade Certificate** (compulsory)

* Minimum **2 years’ QC experience** in construction

* Experience in **EPC or renewable energy** projects is a plus

* Must have a **valid driver’s license** and be willing to work in remote areas

* Background in construction or mining environments preferred
