**Are you an experienced Mechanical Fitter looking for a new opportunity in the renewable energy sector?** Lead Labour Force Projects (Pty) Ltd is hiring skilled artisans for an exciting project at the **Zondereinde 80 MW Solar PV Plant**, located at Northam Platinum Mine in Thabazimbi.

### 🏗️ Project Overview:

Lead Labour Force has been appointed by **Lead Engineering and Projects**, a subcontractor to **Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited**, to manage mechanical works on this large-scale solar EPC project (Project Number: **LP3305**).

### 📍 Job Location:

* **Site**: Zondereinde PV Solar Plant, Northam Platinum Mine

* **Town**: Thabazimbi, Limpopo

* **Position**: Mechanical Fitter – Skilled

* **Employment Type**: Project-Based

* **Closing Date**: **20 June 2025**

### 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and components using power tools and specifications.

* Ensure work is completed **accurately**, **on time**, and **within budget**.

* Contribute to client satisfaction by maintaining high-quality workmanship.

### 📌 Requirements:

* **Minimum 2 years' experience** in the **construction or mining** industry.

* **Trade Certificate** is mandatory.

* Prior experience on **EPC** or **renewable energy projects** is a bonus.

* Must have a **valid driver’s license**.

* Willingness to work on remote project sites.
