### 🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

* Enforce compliance with OHS Act safety requirements.

* Ensure documentation such as permits and DSTIs are always in place.

* Operate pencil laser, interpret manuals, and implement plans per engineered drawings.

* Coordinate materials and manpower to meet daily QCPs and productivity targets.

### ✅ Requirements:

* **2+ years’ experience** in substructure work or relevant field.

* Background in **construction, mining**, or **renewable energy** preferred.

* Experience on **EPC projects** is a strong advantage.

* Valid driver’s license.

* Technical knowledge of hydraulics, diagnostics, and mechanical systems.
