### Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls related to **E-commerce orders and deliveries**

* Help customers **track their orders**

* Assist with **online profile issues**

* Communicate with **couriers and retail stores**

### Requirements:

* **Matric (Grade 12)** or equivalent

* Previous **call centre experience** is a plus

* Computer literacy in Excel and Word
