This role is perfect for a dynamic professional ready to lead Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Public Relations in a fast-paced ICT environment. As Head of Sales, you'll shape strategy, drive growth, and inspire high-performing teams.
**Key Duties Include:**
* Leading sales and marketing strategy across multiple channels
* Driving customer acquisition and retention
* Enhancing CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
* Growing brand visibility and customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with tech and operations teams to meet goals
**Minimum Requirements:**
* Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 8–10 years in senior sales leadership within ICT or digital business
* Strong CRM and Salesforce knowledge
* Proven commercial strategy and customer experience success
**Performance Metrics Include:**
* Revenue targets
* Customer satisfaction and retention (NPS)
* Market share growth
* CRM adoption and campaign success
