**Minimum Requirements:**

* Matric certificate

* 2+ years’ experience in supervising Dispatch & Receiving departments

* 3+ years of administrative and staff management experience

* Fully computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Strong communication and planning skills

* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

* Knowledge of Labour Relations

* Decision-making and problem-solving skills

* Willingness to work long hours and some weekends

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and supervise warehouse teams: Team Leaders, Pickers, Packers, Forklift drivers, and General Workers

* Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and stock taking

* Oversee receiving and dispatch of stock

* Enforce strict warehouse processes and maintain quality control

* Optimize output and maintain housekeeping standards
