* Valid N1-N3 in Engineering subjects

* Valid SA ID & Driver’s License

* Strong communication skills

* Willingness to work in mining environments

* Must pass medical fitness evaluation

**Engineering Interns should also have:**

* National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

* MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* A proactive, analytical mindset

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Participate fully in structured training and workplace experience

* Work with artisans and maintenance teams on real equipment

* Conduct inspections, assist with repairs, and learn practical skills

* Engage in root cause analysis and oil health programs
