Are you an experienced educational leader with a passion for academic excellence? Acudeo Thornview Primary School in Soshanguve is looking for a **Deputy Principal (Grade R–7)** to lead and manage its Foundation Phase team.

### Job Overview

This is a full-time senior leadership position. You will manage stakeholder communication, curriculum delivery, Foundation Phase budgets, staff wellness, and academic performance. ### Requirements

* Minimum 4-year teaching qualification

* Permanent SACE certificate

* Valid Police Clearance and NSOR certificate

* At least 5 years' experience in a **senior management** role

* At least 5 years teaching experience in **Foundation Phase**

* Proficient in D6 Principal Plus and SASAMS

* Excellent English communication skills

* Solid computer literacy (Excel, Outlook, Word)

### Skills Needed

* Strategic planning and organisation

* Strong time management and administrative abilities

* Effective leadership and people management

* Innovative problem-solving

* Teamwork and independent decision-making

* Deep understanding of CAPS, NPA & NPPPPR policies

### Key Responsibilities

* Oversee academic performance from Grade R–7

* Recruit and support Foundation Phase staff

* Implement academic management plans and learner interventions

* Manage timetables, assessments, and support teams (SAT, SBST, SAIC)

* Foster a positive school culture and community engagement
