**Key Responsibilities:**


* Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

* Respond quickly to alerts and dispatch on-site teams

* Maintain incident reports and accurate shift logs

* Ensure all operations follow strict security protocols

* Communicate clearly with internal teams and external contacts


**Minimum Requirements:**


* PSIRA Registered (Grade B)

* Grade 12 Certificate (Matric)

* No criminal record

* Proven experience as a control room operator (with traceable references)

* Solid knowledge of security systems and related tech

* Fluent in **Afrikaans and English**

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Willingness to work **shifts, nights, and weekends**

* Must be based in or around **Centurion, Gauteng**
