Are you an experienced admin professional looking for your next opportunity in Bloemfontein? FS Personnel Recruitment Services is hiring a **Branch Admin Coordinator** to manage and streamline admin processes across multiple retail branches.


**Location**: Bloemfontein (daily travel between branches)

**Salary**: R15,000 – R20,000 CTC per month (based on experience)

**Benefits**: Provident Fund

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays)


**Minimum Requirements**:


* Matric (Grade 12)

* 10 years’ work experience, with at least 5 years in admin

* Staff timesheet management experience

* Sales experience (advantageous)

* Fluent in **Afrikaans and English**

* Computer literate (MS Office essential; IQ Retail experience a plus)

* Valid driver’s license and own transport

* Willingness to travel daily and work on Saturdays


**Key Responsibilities**:


* Oversee daily admin for multiple branches

* Reconcile invoices, GRVs, job cards, and staff timesheets

* Handle sales and finance documentation

* Collect and file documents from branches

* Ensure all admin processes are accurate and compliant
