### 🔹 1. ICT Manager

**Reporting to**: CEO

**Location**: Botswana

As the ICT Manager, you will lead the development and execution of BECI’s ICT strategy. You’ll manage infrastructure, projects, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and ensure the integrity of company systems and data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* Develop and implement ICT strategy & departmental action plans

* Manage ICT budgets and infrastructure

* Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning

* Provide guidance to the ICT team

* Advise executive leadership on technology trends

**Requirements**:

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

* 10+ years post-qualification experience (5+ in management)

* Professional certifications (e.g., COBIT)

* Bonus: Experience in cloud technologies

**Core Competencies**: Project Management, Cybersecurity, Business Acumen, Innovation

### 🔹 2. Human Capital Manager

**Reporting to**: CEO

**Location**: Botswana

BECI is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive people development, wellness, recruitment, and overall talent management to build a high-performing, engaged workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* Develop and implement human capital strategy

* Oversee recruitment, wellness, and retention programs

* Manage payroll and ensure legal compliance

* Support office administration and HR operations

**Requirements**:

* Degree in HR Management or Business Administration

* 10+ years of HR experience (5+ in a senior role)

* Strong knowledge of Botswana labour laws

* Bonus: HR professional membership

**Core Competencies**: Strategic Thinking, Conflict Management, Communication, Analytical Skills
