### Role Purpose:

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in driving sales, maintaining world-class customer service, and leading the store team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing operations, minimizing stock losses, and ensuring store standards are always on point.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Promote sales and uphold excellent customer service.

* Manage stock levels, merchandising, and pricing accuracy.

* Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance.

* Handle daily banking and cash control.

* Monitor health, hygiene, and safety compliance.

* Analyze store data and identify improvement areas.

### Requirements:

* Matric certificate (Grade 12); a tertiary qualification is an advantage.

* 3-5 years’ retail management experience (FMCG preferred).

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Solid experience with sales targets, inventory, and team supervision.

* Valid driver’s license (own vehicle preferred).
