### 🧾 Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile accounts up to **Trial Balance** level

* Handle **Debtors Management** and reporting

* Perform **accurate ledger postings** and **journal entries**

* Prepare **monthly management accounts** and variance reports

* Assist in **monthly and annual financial reporting**

* Maintain precise **data entry and ledger accuracy**

* Support finance team with **ad hoc reports** and tasks

### ✅ Requirements & Skills:

* Experience with **Pinnacle (Pinewood) DMS system** is a strong advantage

* High proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and **accounting software**

* Relevant **accounting qualifications and experience** required
