### 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

* **Lead daily operations** including programming and technical management.

* Ensure **compliance** with ICASA, SAMRO, CAPASSO, SAMPRA, and BCCSA regulations.

* Grow FMR’s **audience and revenue** through strategic planning, advertising, fundraising, and sponsorships.

* **Engage listeners** and deepen community relationships.

* **Recruit, mentor, and manage** a passionate team of staff and volunteers.

* Maintain FMR’s **high broadcasting and content standards**.

### 🧠 What You’ll Need:

* A love for radio, music, and media.

* Creative thinking and strong leadership skills.

* Experience in broadcasting or community media (qualifications are a plus).

* Good knowledge of SA broadcasting regulations.

* Strong multitasking and computer skills.
