### **Minimum Requirements**

✅ Grade 12 or equivalent

✅ Medically fit to work underground

✅ Competency A, B, and BA

✅ Construction Skills Certificate

✅ Basic Rigging Certificate

✅ Good English and additional South African language skills

✅ Computer literacy (must complete online training)

✅ Supervisory experience in underground mining

✅ Knowledge of sinking and underground support installation
