### **Minimum Requirements:**


✔️ Matric Certificate

✔️ Shotcrete Operator Certificate / OEM Certificate

✔️ Valid EB Driver’s License

✔️ Communication skills (verbal & written in English)

✔️ Competent B (or be willing to complete at MRTA)

✔️ Dover / VTS Level 2 (or complete at MRTA)

✔️ Completion of MRTA training

### **Work Experience Needed:**


✅ Experience as a Shotcrete Operator

✅ Knowledge of trackless mining and construction

✅ Experience in concrete mixing environments

✅ Understanding of mining safety and operations

✅ Fabrication skills

* Operate shotcrete equipment safely and efficiently

* Maintain underground working conditions

* Comply with all safety standards and company policies

* Perform equipment checks, maintenance, and daily inspections

* Maintain proper housekeeping on site
