The **Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA)** is calling on young, previously disadvantaged individuals to apply for their **Employed Learnership Programme (Ref: LP02/01/2025)**. ### What’s on Offer?


The PPRA is offering **34 learnership spots** for candidates to enroll in the **Further Education and Training Certificate: Real Estate NQF Level 4 (SAQA ID: 59097)**. This 10-month programme is designed to provide essential industry experience and theoretical training for aspiring property professionals.


### Who Can Apply?


To qualify for this **2025 real estate learnership**, you must meet the following requirements:


* Have completed **Grade 11 or Matric**

* Possess a **current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)**

* Provide a **letter confirming employment** in the property sector

* Be **35 years or younger**
