### **Job Purpose:**

As a **Senior Clerk**, you will manage key **administrative and clerical operations** to support the day-to-day retail functions effectively.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

✅ Operate the **switchboard**, assist with **sales**, handle **bank deposits** and **petty cash**

✅ Oversee **inventory control** – ordering, receiving, shipping, pricing & stock counts

✅ Deliver excellent **customer service** – quotes, product enquiries & special orders

✅ Perform general **administrative tasks** essential to smooth retail operations

### **Minimum Requirements:**

* Grade 12 certificate

* 1–2 years of relevant experience in the retail or administrative sector

* Valid driver’s license

* Fluent in **Afrikaans and English**
