### ✅ **Minimum Requirements**

* **Grade 12** or equivalent

* **Basic Rigging Certificate** (or willingness to obtain in-house)

* **Competent B Certificate** (or obtain via MRTA)

* Completion of **MRTA training courses**

* **Computer literacy** for online courses

* Strong **English communication skills** (verbal & written)

### 🔧 **Experience Needed**

* At least **1 year of experience** as a general worker with grout plant pumps

* Background in **grout or mining site operations** is an advantage

* Hands-on **mechanical tools experience**

* Understanding of grout plant methods and equipment

### 🛠️ **Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with **drilling and explosive charge-up operations**

* Help with **site prep**, rod handling, and equipment setup

* Follow all **safety procedures and wear PPE**

* Participate in **morning meetings and complete safety documentation**

* Ensure **timeous and efficient execution** of underground tasks
