### 💼 Key Responsibilities

As the Administration Manager, you’ll:

* Oversee HR, finance, communications, and legal admin functions

* Manage SOPs and ensure compliance with internal policies

* Lead procurement, petty cash, and infrastructure operations

* Control budget expenditure and ensure value-for-money contracts

* Supervise vehicle/fleet usage and fixed asset management

* Guide a diverse team towards operational excellence

### ✅ What You’ll Need

* **Matric + 3-year tertiary qualification** (Financial Management/Accounting)

* **Supply Chain Management qualification** (advantageous)

* **Valid driver’s licence**

* **5 years administrative experience**

* **2 years management experience**

* Sound knowledge of PFMA, Labour Laws, Legal Aid SA Act, and Treasury Regulations

* Strong leadership, planning, and risk management skills
