### What You’ll Do


As the **first point of contact** for clients, you’ll be responsible for:


* Resolving support tickets via **chat, email, and phone**

* Troubleshooting interface errors and replicating issues

* Explaining technical concepts in clear, simple terms

* Providing **user training and guidance**

* Logging interactions in **Zoho** and escalating complex issues

* Sharing user feedback to improve the system


### What You’ll Need


This role is ideal for someone who:


* Has previous **software support or help desk** experience

* Communicates clearly and professionally

* Can multitask and manage time effectively

* Thrives under pressure and works independently

* Is comfortable working flexible shifts

* Has excellent **problem-solving and analytical** skills
