* Manage operations including maintenance, cleanliness, security, and parking

### 👤 **Candidate Requirements**

* Namibian citizen with **Grade 12**

* Minimum **5 years’ experience** in building/property industry

* Additional experience in **property management and maintenance** is a plus

* Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)

* Proficient in **Microsoft Office**

* Excellent interpersonal & conflict-resolution skills

* Valid **Code B driver’s license**
