### 🧭 **Job Overview**

This is a full-time position reporting to the Facilities and Fleet Manager. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Facilities and Fleet Business Unit — managing service providers, vehicle tracking, office equipment, procurement processes, and much more.

### ✅ **Key Responsibilities**

**Facilities & Financial Management**

* Monitor service providers based on contracts and SLAs

* Obtain quotations and process requisitions on Oracle

* Submit invoices and track payments

* Maintain and manage asset documentation

**Printers & Photocopiers**

* Maintain functionality and manage consumables

* Coordinate repairs and ensure minimal downtime

**Driver & Messenger Supervision**

* Coordinate pool vehicle requests

* Oversee timely deliveries including Board and Exco documents

**Fleet Management**

* Track vehicle compliance, service, and cleanliness

* Manage fuel cards, license renewals, and documentation

* Report incidents and maintain accurate vehicle records

### 🎓 **Requirements**

* **Grade 12** (essential)

* **Diploma** in Business Admin or Facilities Management (advantageous)

* **3 years' experience** in office admin

* Strong communication, computer literacy, and time management
